Behavioral Services:
Behavior Technicians
Job Description
- Delivering ABA intervention to children with autism and related disorders in the school, home, and community settings.
- Collect behavioral data on treatment goals
- Provide Parent Education
- Participate in supervision, clinical team meetings, and on-going professional development
Job Qualifications
- RBT preferred
- Possess or in pursuit of a Bachelors degree in psychology, child development, or related field
ABA Supervisors
- Supervise Behavior Technicians on their implementation of ABA programs
- Develop and monitor client programs including treatment goals, intervention protocols, data collection systems, and progress reporting
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments and corresponding treatment plans
- Collaborate with clients, their families, and fellow providers of related services
Qualifications
- BCaBA or BCBA preferred
- Possess or in pursuit of a Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
Psychological Services:
Mental Health Associates
- Provide direct school-based counseling services within local school districts
- Provide WRAPAROUND services to families
- Option to provide community-based counseling/psychotherapy to individuals, couples, and families with an emphasis on evidence-based practices
- Administrative oversight of client paperwork, collateral consults, and documentation
Qualifications
- Registered Associate (AMFT, ACSW, APCC) with BBS current or in process
- Valid CA driver’s license and reliable transportation
