Behavioral Services:

Behavior Technicians

Job Description

  • Delivering ABA intervention to children with autism and related disorders in the school, home, and community settings.
  • Collect behavioral data on treatment goals
  • Provide Parent Education
  • Participate in supervision, clinical team meetings, and on-going professional development

Job Qualifications

  • RBT preferred
  • Possess or in pursuit of a Bachelors degree in psychology, child development, or related field

ABA Supervisors

  • Supervise Behavior Technicians on their implementation of ABA programs
  • Develop and monitor client programs including treatment goals, intervention protocols, data collection systems, and progress reporting
  • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments and corresponding treatment plans
  • Collaborate with clients, their families, and fellow providers of related services

Qualifications 

  • BCaBA or BCBA preferred
  • Possess or in pursuit of a Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field

Psychological Services:

Mental Health Associates

  • Provide direct school-based counseling services within local school districts
  • Provide WRAPAROUND services to families
  • Option to provide community-based counseling/psychotherapy to individuals, couples, and families with an emphasis on evidence-based practices
  • Administrative oversight of client paperwork, collateral consults, and documentation

Qualifications 

  • Registered Associate (AMFT, ACSW, APCC) with BBS current or in process
  • Valid CA driver’s license and reliable transportation
